Assets (1xxx)
What We OwnResources owned by or owed to the company that have economic value.
- 1000 - Cash Operating: Physical cash held by the company for daily operations
- 1010 - Bank Operating: Money deposited in company bank accounts
- 1020 - Terminal Cash: Cash sitting in cashier terminal drawers
- 1100 - User Cash Wallets: Total customer cash wallet balances (we hold their money)
- 1110 - User Bank Wallets: Total customer bank wallet balances
- 1120 - User Bonus Wallets: Total promotional credits given to customers
Liabilities (2xxx)
What We OweObligations the company must pay to others.
- 2000 - User Cash Liability: Money we owe to customers (their cash wallet balances)
